We have now migrated over to the new Ring Central phone system at Trust Office and many of you have already been making and receiving phone calls.

Some quick points to be aware of:

• Your caller ID should show as the main reception line, if it doesn’t it may display a temporary telephone number that is only being used while we migrate all the schools. You can select the drop- down menu and select “Forwarded Company Number – 020 7393 6666”

• You do not have to dial 9 for an outside line. Just dial the number you need like on your own mobile phone.
